EatLatePayLess (“EatLatePayLess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Sinclair Hartmann LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy explains how EatLatePayLess collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services.
EatLatePayLess helps participating food businesses publish time-sensitive offers and allows consumers to discover those offers, including offers near their current location.

Depending on how you use EatLatePayLess, we may process:
Account information. If you sign in, we may process identifiers such as your email address, Firebase user identifier, and information necessary to authenticate your account.
Google account and Google Business Profile information. Business users may choose to connect their Google account and authorize EatLatePayLess to access Google Business Profile information.
Depending on the permissions granted, this may include information about Google Business Profile accounts and locations the user is authorized to manage, such as business name, address, category, website, telephone number, geographic coordinates, and Google location/account identifiers.
Offer information. Participating businesses may provide information such as offer descriptions, prices, available quantities, participating location and expiration information.
Location information. With your permission, EatLatePayLess may access your device's location while you use the app to display relevant nearby offers and center the map. Based on the current functionality of the application, EatLatePayLess does not use Firestore to create a historical record of consumers' precise device locations.
Technical information. Service providers such as Firebase may process technical information necessary to operate, secure and authenticate the service, such as IP addresses, device/browser information and authentication-related information. We use information to operate and secure EatLatePayLess; authenticate users; display nearby offers; allow authorized businesses to publish and manage offers; connect authorized business users with their Google Business Profile locations; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot and improve the service; and comply with applicable law.
EatLatePayLess uses Google OAuth and may request the business.manage permission when a business user chooses to connect Google Business Profile.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide user-facing EatLatePayLess functionality, including identifying business locations the user is authorized to manage and enabling relevant business-management functionality.
EatLatePayLess does not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, creditworthiness determinations, or unrelated profiling.
Access to Google user data is limited to the functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy and is subject to applicable Google API Services User Data requirements. We may disclose information to service providers when necessary to operate EatLatePayLess, including Google and Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database infrastructure and Google Business Profile integration.
Information about participating businesses and their active offers is intended to be visible to consumers using EatLatePayLess.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of users, Sinclair Hartmann LLC, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
EatLatePayLess does not process consumer purchases or payments through the application.
Any purchase or transaction arising from an offer displayed through EatLatePayLess occurs directly between the consumer and the participating business.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, users may separately revoke EatLatePayLess's access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
No electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
EatLatePayLess is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly provide the service to or collect personal information from children under 18.
Depending on where you reside, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about how personal information is processed.
